New York-Presbyterian is converting a former Pepsico office park into a state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility. The 25-acre campus will offer a wide range of outpatient care, including centers of excellence in areas ranging from women’s health to cancer care and neuroscience, wellness services and resources, and facilities including imaging, endoscopy suites, exam and diagnostic rooms. As landscape architects, Supermass Studio is providing overall site design services including an analysis of existing site features and assessing connectivity as part of the feasibility study. Proposed design elements include new ADA access pathways, a renovated plaza, and several outdoor amenity areas for patients and employees of the facility.
