Supermass Studio designed a new community park and residential courtyard for a 9-story mixed-income development in Flushing. The public park, offered by the developer as part of the rezoning process, was developed with Supermass Studio’s support through ULURP and community board submissions, in coordination with NYC DCP.

The park brings much-needed green space to the neighborhood, featuring flexible areas with organically shaped planters, picnic and meeting zones, outdoor fitness equipment, and community garden beds. The residential courtyard offers a more private retreat, with lush planting and secluded seating areas that provide residents with calm and tranquility.
