Supermass Studio was invited by ABC Stone to participate in Stone in Landscape Architecture: A Sensory Journey, an exhibition celebrating the relationship between stone and nature. Our installation reinterpreted the firm’s planter seating for LaGuardia Airport’s Terminal B, carving a golden sun granite form paired with a bed of yellow daffodils. The piece invited visitors to sit, touch, and experience the materiality of stone—transforming it from a structural element into a tactile landscape encounter.
